Returns & cancellations

Returns and cancellations
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, it can be returned to us within 7 days of shipment (the shipment date is shown at the top of your dispatch note) as specified in our Guarantee. The only exceptions to this are contact lenses are ophthalmic lenses which we may not be able to change once we have ordered these (as they are tailored to prescriptions) unless there are technical defects. Frames returned with free Standard eyebuddy (non-branded) lenses (with or without a MAR coating) will be subject to a nominal glazing fee of up to £25 for full-rimmed glasses and £50 for semi-rimless/rimless glasses. This charge will be deducted from the frame refund, which is to cover some of the glazing costs that eyebuddy incur. For lenses over this value, no glazing fee will be applied. 

Please follow the simple instructions below in order to ensure we receive your goods and are able to process any exchange orders or refunds as quickly as possible:

  1. Print off the returns form.
  2. Complete all details on the returns form.
  3. Put the returns form in the package with the products you are returning.
  4. Peal/cut out the returns address or write our address on the outside of the package: Unit 10, Spinning Gate, Leigh, Lancashire WN7 4PG.
  5. Seal package and put it in the post - We recommend you obtain proof of postage from the post office.

Please note that, if an item has not been received after dispatch in line with the delivery companies guidelines, we must wait 28 days before considering the order as being lost and providing a refund or ordering a replacement.

Where no exchange is requested, we will happily refund you for monies paid in accordance with our 7 day Money Back Guarantee.

If you have returned your order to us for a refund as part of our 7-day money-back guarantee, you should expect to see the funds appear on your card or PayPal statement within 5 working days of us receiving the returns goods.
